Little Lakeside Property

Sleeps 10-14 – cabin & bunkhouse Comfy cabin on Little Pressy lake with separate bunkhouse giving flexibility for your family vacation or secluded outdoor getaway. Enjoy the many activities this lakefront property has to offer and explore the area where dozens of other lakes and forest trails are minutes away. Enjoy a wide unhindered view from the cabin of calm Little Pressy Lake with a backdrop of green hills and trees. At night star gaze into the beautiful sky around the fire and down at the water’s edge catch the refection of the moon and stars in the glassy water from the private dock.

Cleaning

The cabin has a completely renovated washroom with spacious shower and any soaps/shampoos etc... in case you forget to bring yours. The cabin even comes equipped with a washer/dryer stacker, is fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towel and any cleaning supplies you may want at your disposal.

The Kitchen

The kitchen comes equipped with a keurig for your coffee, a variety of teas, microwave and a number of spices and spreads if there happens to be something you’ve forgotten. Just outside the sliding door off the dining room is also a small propane BBQ as well as a briquette BBQ to enhance your outdoor tasting experience.

Activities & Adventure

ON THE LAKE

The little lake property is stocked full of activities on the water. A large water trampoline anchored close to the dock, a canoe, paddle board, two kids’ kayaks, various floaties and a boat with a little fishing gear for the plentiful rainbow trout.

Little Lake Lounging

The lake property comes stocked with wood ready for your fire (only in fire season). An outdoor dart board, horseshoes, croquet set, hammock in the trees and lounge chairs.

EXPLORE THE OUTDOORS

Just on the other side of the lake is a trail that heads straight up and connects to hundreds of trails that lead to the many lakes and forests of the cariboo region. For additional fun, rent the side-by-side to access the more remote ATV trails.

RELAXING INDOORS

Choose from a variety of board games to play, play on the x-box or watch from a collection of DVD’s beside the indoor fire with your favourite beverage.

POLICIES

Length of Stay

Our minimum length of stay is for 3 nights. If staying longer then 5 nights, each additional night will be reduced by 15%.

Payments

A 50% deposit at time of booking secures your dates. The remaining amount to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival along with a $500 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be paid back no later than 7 days after departure.

Cancellation

Within 8 weeks of your stay, we can refund the entire amount less 10%, and within 3 weeks, 50%. Within 1 week of your stay the full amount will be forfeited.

Pets

Pets are permitted on the property outdoors only, and please clean up after your pet.
We enjoyed the cozy serenity that this place offers. This is a peaceful location to wind down and enjoy your time away. Highly Recommended!
